picked up some Korean fried chicken (half spicy, half honey-soy glaze) on the way home. Good, but paltry portions. Had a bowl of not-quite-right beans & chili to follow up (needs something -- I think a bunch of cumin and just a tiny bit of sweetness, so I'll add a few squirts of ketchup to try to bring it around)

Ready for this ? Paleo moussagna, my own invention after I realised I didn't have all the ingredients for mousakka or lasagne. So its a Italian type sauce with a lamb base layered with zucchini, baby bella mushrooms and red peppers. Used ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.

I'll let you know how it works out :\

I've seen people post about this so I gave it a try. I formed two very thin burgers out of ground beef. I put bits of bleu cheese on one burger, covered it with the other burger, and pressed it together so that it was a thicker burger with bleu cheese in the middle. Then I pan fried it. It was delicious.

Oh, I made roasted Brussels sprouts to go with it. They're always yummy.
