I made a big pot of seafood gumbo (with a very dark roux) yesterday and we will have it for dinner tonight with French bread, a garden salad and chocolate frosted brownies.
I was going to make that chicken fried chicken breast thingy but didn't. Ended up cutting chicken up and sautéing it with some snp, garlic powder. In another pan, I heated up marinara sauce with sautéed onions and garlic and just putting the two together over some pasta. I added Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the marinara sauce as well. Pretty tasty and easy.
Last night was left over WF pulled pork and tonight is the leftover WF pizza. Tomorrow it will be the meat sauce from that allrecipe's lasagna over pasta (whole wheat for me-back on skinny train as heading back to Miami for a week at end of Nov. Must represent!!!!)
