Tonight: Cowboy Chicken while running errands. I had 1/2 rotisserie chicken, creamed spinach, mac/cheese, a roll, and iced tea.

And.......................blackberry cobbler for dessert, but it was too raspberry-ish.

Chips with salsa and queso, seafood enchiladas with rice and charro beans, pulled chicken nachos, iced tea to drink. DS and I will share a piece of dulce de leche cheesecake. I got my Christmas tree last night, so will decorate today. I'm planning my Christmas menu too. Looks like many appetizers and wine for Christmas Eve plus pie and coffee. For Christmas day I've ordered trays of food from Olive Garden. Chicken Marsala and 5 cheese ziti a la forno with salad and breadsticks. Italian cookies from Merritt's bakery for dessert. Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah all!

i really have no idea. I was going to have chinese but yesterday, when I was at a bridge luncheon I left one of those instant frozen dinners for spoiled brat; it was shrimp fried rice (I can imagine how much shrimp was in it) but it still was fried rice. Maybe i will just take the few crab legs I have frozen, out of the freezer and have them plus the little piece of left over chicken fried steak and a salad? I guess that would work?

Seasons Greetings to you too jrsygrl.

Tonight we are going to have Swedish meatballs on noodles....this is the first time I have tried to make them from scratch. (It's a lot of work!) I hope its worth it.

I haven't had swedish meatballs for ever. I used to love them with noodles. We would have them at home when I was a kid and also sometimes at school. Now the ones at school I doubt were homemade, but what do kids know?

This afternoon we have a Christmas concert at my eight year old's school. It's been tough for him, he is autistic, and just thinking about the crowd and people watching him has stressed him out. As a reward for even attempting something so hard for him we promised a trip to his favourite pizza place. It will be pepperoni for the kids and artichoke and prosciutto for the adults. Yummy!

It's snowing so I'll be outside grilling hamburgers. Will make French fries and bbq beans with them and a rum and coke.
