Crockpot beef and broccoli over rice. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Vanilla ice cream with cherry topping and fortune cookies for dessert.

Since I'll spend most of Wednesday cooking for the holidays, tonight will be:

Southern fried chicken
collard greens
mashed potatoes and gravy

A blackberry non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 slices of toasted bread (one multi-grain & one split top wheat) with strawberry preserves and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of skim milk.

We went grocery shopping today, and so neither felt like cooking. DH had a yen for a stromboli, so that was dinner. Deeelish! Tomorrow's Christmas dinner prep, and Wednesday's baking. We'll likely be eating easy both days.
