We're playing it by ear. My son said he would make us some of his Kimchee Soup and I plan on putting a ham into the slow cooker to have ham for suppers and breakfasts and lunches.... A most versatile menu item. Enjoy these days building up to Christmas.

salmon steak, salad and I don't know what veggie. I got carried away this past weekend plus yesterday and just kept buying fresh produce, mainly at Aldi's. I have green beans, brussel sprouts, asparagus, squash, snow peas and bok choy. I don't know what I will do with all of it. My daughter says I am turning into a hoarder just like my dad and step mom were. She is wrong, I just got carried away... Spoiled brat agrees with her, he is wrong also. Shame on them. I am just trying to make sure we eat healthy and grab good deals.

Well I am supposed to make a dinner salad with chicken strips but I am just not feeling it. I don't really feel like take out either. I sure don't feel like going to the grocery store. I think I will call my husband and see if he has any ideas.
