Love veal...cook it about once a month...

Yes i know some find it disgusting and all, but we are on the top of the food chain!

A nice veal cutlet sub with provolone and gravy...emmmm

I remember having it as a kid, and loved it. Then heard about how it's made, and haven't touched it since.

Yes, I cook it once in a while but it's pretty expensive. I like to get veal parmigiana or Osso Bucco at our favorite Italian restaurant when we go there.

Anyone who eats cheese is in effect eating veal too, since the stomach of calves is used to produce the rennet used to make most cheese.
