I love a chocolate souffle served with a warm chocolate and Grand Marnier sauce!

I won't pass up a good creme brulee either

This one is fast and easy to make, but you do have to wait for it to chill/freeze:

Frozen Yogurt Pie Recipe - Kraft Recipes

Of course, you use the pre-made graham cracker crust pie crusts :-)

Ice cream cake roll.
....and the european bakeries (none exist around here anymore). Fast but trying to decide what to
pick was another thing.

This is easy and it involves fruit, so it's "kinda sorta" healthy.

Use fresh in-season fruit of your choice - or a bag of frozen fruit.

Place in a casserole dish.

Top with the Duncan Heinz cake mix of your choice.

Pour one can of club soda (seltzer) on top. (You can use sweetened soda pop, but I think it's sweet enough as it is although ginger ale works well with spice cake and apples.

Dot with butter. Bake at 350 until browned and bubbly.

You can serve it with whipped cream or ice cream. So easy and inexpensive.
