My favorite quick dessert is "Pear Helene".Drain pears from a tin,arrange on plates with scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with warm melted chocolate sauce of your choice.
I take No Pudge Chocolate brownie mix and make it with either rice milk or almond milk. I don't even wait for it to turn into brownies. I nuke it just long enough to make chocolate pudding--fast.
