When I was weightlifting, I'd take a pouch of oatmeal with the fruit bits and sugar and mix it with protein powder and milk in my jug, and use that for a pre-workout drink. Fast acting carbs, slow carbs, fast acting protein and slow protein. I thought it was great. A little chewy, but great. I still eat oatmeal packs like this... just pour the packet into cold milk and eat/drink. In fact, I kind of dislike "cooked" oateal. It tastes like slippery stuff. Probably the same reason I hate cream of wheat.

When I was a kid (I swore off hotdogs decades ago) I remember eating "raw hotdogs" with some mustard on light bread when me and my dad were fishing. They were filling and didn't kill me. Maybe I just missed the listeria bus.

I've read about people eating steak tartare and some kind of Spanish? fish dish cooked/quick pickled with lime? Cerviche. I think that was it. Never tried any of those. But, I've eaten Sashimi with nary a thought.

There are some countries where people eat raw liver. Korea and Japan come to mind.

And I dunno about anyone here, but I've eaten "done" steak, pork and chicken dishes that "Weren't quite done." and I've lived to tell the tale.

I have eaten raw Deer heart (fresh) I was much younger and intoxicated...
Lots of uncooked hotdogs and kielbasa.. Not anymore
Can not remember eating raw chicken ever..
Plenty of undercooked steak, pork and lamb.. Don't so much care for undercooked Lamb or pork..
Also ham off the bone before it was baked or boiled and canned ham..
Uncooked oatmeal in the little packets with cold milk is pretty good..
I have also eaten plenty of raw hamburger with salt and pepper when I was a kid.
Funny I cant stand a half cooked burger, has to be well done..

Now after taking classes in food safety and being a serve-safe instructor in the past, I would not do any of them anymore.
I still do enjoy a medium or less cooked ribeye steak..

I eat a pinch of raw ground beef or steak when I'm making it. Grosses hubby out. When I was a kid, we used to eat raw hamburger sandwiches, with a thin sliced onion, on white bread.

Aren't hotdogs pre-cooked? I thought "cooking" hotdogs was just about making them more palatable.

As for the OP... Mushrooms! I much prefer them sautéed in a little olive with garlic and herbs.

Sashimi! I love it raw, but I also love cooked fish filets.

I like to eat tomato paste right out of the can.
Does that count?

Hot dogs are already cooked. There's nothing dangerous about eating them cold. They take about 20 seconds to heat up in the microwave, if they needed "cooking" that sure wouldn't do it.
The raw seafood in ceviche is "cooked" by the acid in the lime juice. It's not actually "raw" like sushi. I LOVE ceviche! Hate sushi.

Me Too...and still alive to talk about it

When I'd cut up a roast for jerky, I'd splash a bit of Worcestershire with some fresh
ground black pepper. it truly takes fresh beef the next level
