sage
garlic
cumin

cardamom

oh well, really, almost any of them as long as they don't taste like anise/licorice.

sriracha
garlic
Cajun seasoning

I like using grinders for sea salt and pepper. Because of the nutrients, I am trying Celtic sea salt and Himalayan pink salt. I heard that Cavenders is good also.

Pretty much everything mentioned above, depending on what I'm cooking. My spice cabinet is stuffed!

I'll add black mustard seeds, which are common in Indian cooking, particularly in vegetarian dishes. And garam masala, cumin seeds and fresh ginger. I keep a stump of ginger in the freezer and grate off what I need.

I know Dirt Grinder mentioned Ras el Hanout - a Middle Eastern "premier" spice blend (translates to top shelf, or something like that) and there are many variations. I love the one from Zamouri spices and add it to all sorts of things, from vegetables to meat and eggs.

Fresh sweet basil. I don't even see the point in dried basil, it tastes sort of dry and minty to me.
