My favorites are - in no particular order - garlic, dill, flat leaf parsley, sage, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, lemon, sea salt, cracked black pepper, nutmeg and paprika - real Hungarian paprika.

Absolutely, I have berbere spice. It's pretty much an essential for Ethiopian recipes. I use it mostly for greens.

Not in any particular order of preference. These are the most frequently used seasonings in my home.

Cilantro
Garlic
Basil
Parsley
Cumin
Red pepper flakes
Bay leaf
Onion
Curry powder
Oregano
Nutmeg
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Now, there's another list...
