Well, I lived on Russian food for many, many years, and lived to talk about it.
If I had my druthers, it would probably be French. Huge variety and delicious.

I love cilantro too....and Italian. I put cilantro in my spaghetti sauce, alfredo sauce, the ricotta cheese for the lasagna, meatballs, etc. I substitute it for parsley or mix it with the parsley too.
