Mexican. Rice and beans, chicken with rice, tortillas with carne asada, pico de gallo - fresh fruits, what's not to love!

Filipino or Jamaican. I'd probably end up with diabetes but I'd be happy.

Italian isn't a bad choice, either.

I was going to choose Italian until I realized that none of the recipes that come to mind include cilantro. I love cilantro. Plus I love avocados and hot peppers.

Mexican food gets first choice.

No Greek?

Then it would have to be Italian.

Vietnamese. Fresh, clean, lots of veggies and seafood. I never feel gross or bloated afterwards!

I love the spices in Indian food. I love the variety of chiles in SW USA/Mexican food. I love how Pacific NW food uses a lot of fresh veggies and seafood. The epicenter is somewhere around New Mexico, except the India part takes it to somewhere in the ocean. New Jersey pizza shifts it back to the Atlantic. German beer centers it on maybe France. But then there's the Indonesian food. I'm lost.

Are we talking about takeout food? If so then, Chinese. It will be the healthiest as long as you order without oil, and none of the fried stuff, and try and eat brown instead of white rice. It is also the cheapest of the selections you gave.
