American.

If I catch it, or hunt it...it has to come from U.S. soil and sources.

There's enough options to have something different all the time.

To start:

Venison, squirrel, rabbit, pheasant, duck, geese, chicken, beef, pork, turkey......and we haven't even left land yet.

Get in the water, (fish) lots of species, frog legs, crab legs, lobster, clams, shrimp, crayfish, alligator........etc etc etc

You won't get tired of anything.

Some of the world's best cuisine is concentrated there. As long as you figure in the Burlington County, NJ Italian food nearby.

The "world" best cuisine in America is.... far from authentic - Americanized

I would want Earth food. But not literally. The Earth would have to be washed off of it first.

The advantage of American food for the purposes of this kind of restriction is that it can include everything else. A Chinese buffet in America serves American food, Chinese style. It's American because it's served in America. So you wouldn't have to restrict what you eat, as long as you stay in America.

If I could only eat one recipe, I might choose "Four Seasons", which is a cooked Chinese medley I like. But maybe I could request a low-sodium version of it.

I know people who would be perfectly happy to eat nothing but Big Macs for a year. Especially if they could also have fries. And if they could put ketchup on their fries, they would be in Heaven. But, hopefully, not literally. I personally prefer other burgers than Big Macs, even at McDonald's.

I try to keep my cooking skills in practice so that anything I love, I can figure out how to make at home. I'm not at 100%, partly because I don't have a tandoor, and my baking skills aren't what I wish they were, but aside from that I can make most of the things I love to eat.
