I agree, but my main drink is water, then whatever I crave, which is usually hot tea.

I will drink water with a squirt of lemon, some sugar or stevia and a lot of ice cubes all summer long.

I used to use frozen lemonade but I went through it too fast and anyway, when I thought of how much sugar it contained and how much of it I was drinking, I figured I might as well just make my own.

What do you drink? (not counting alcoholic) Iced tea? Iced coffee? Sweet tea? Soda? Smoothies?Something else?
Is there something that you make yourself? Or do you buy it pre-made?

Bombay Gin and Tonic. Extra limes. Non-alcoholic is unsweetened ice tea if just sitting around. Powerade if working or playing.

Unsweetened iced tea, ice water, mojitos, plain iced lattes (no sugar or flavor) and mocha coconut frapps with extra ice & extra toasted coconut.

Sweet tea or Lemonade. Both so cold they hurt your teeth.

I love Snapple's raspberry tea. I plan on making my own darjeeling-raspberry iced tea soon.
