Cluck-cluck.
Gobble-gobble.
Oink-oink.
Whatever sound fish make.

I eat a TON of protein to help with weight-lifting and cutting. Turkey and chicken breast (+ eggs) are great and versatile. Pork tenderloin is one of the leanest cuts of meat, and lasts me at least four days since I only cook for myself. And I love, love, love salmon, halibut, and tuna.

I'm in favor of Entomophagy - some insects are quite tasty indeed.

Agree! I have tasted several and at one point got all enthusiastic about ordering more or culturing my own. I may pursue this yet.

Instead of the current push to feed the world with GMO crops, I wish we'd concentrate on rearing insects and other more healthy and sustainable practices. It takes very little land space compared to crops to rear insects. Far less water too.

I eat so much Tofu I am now convinced the "Soy" is some exotic oriental animal.

Does that count as the animal I eat the most often?
