I found this very interesting. Apparently all my favorite foods cause gas!

Cabbage is one food that really gives me wind, oh well. I still enjoy it, especially raw.

Ugh! I must have healthy gut microbes because I do have a lot of gas! Maybe I was brought up to be too "prim and proper," but I'm always excusing myself to the bathroom to pass gas. To do otherwise would be consider boorish behavior! LOL

I also love shredded raw cabbage, especially when it's forming a bed under sashimi or tonkatsu!

Beans, beans, the musical fruit.
The more you eat, the more you toot.
The more you toot, the better you feel,
So why not eat beans at every meal!

I don't mind gas but I sure don't want to have it if I have a meeting the next day or when I have somewhere else to go. Or, if I will be stuck in an elevator with a bunch of people.

Hahaha... most of them have no effect on me, but I enjoy the others. I am not much around other people, and I live alone
Therefore I eat what I want (raw onions and raw garlic included!)
