I think if you eat at fast food places once or twice a week at most, you don't need to worry about it. If you eat there much more than that, there's no healthy way to do it. My opinion.

I think fast food places should be cut down to once a week and no more. Many of the salt and high corn product substitute content used takes a week to leave your blood system.

Ever wonder why that 1 month old Mcdonald bun doesn't mold?

The McDonald's Veggie Wraps aren't bad.
They come in Mediterranean with roasted garlic hummus, or Santa Fe, with fire-roasted corn and black beans.

Healthy fast food? i eat the stuff on occasion but i'm under no illusion that its healthy.
So my answer to the op is no you generally cant get healthy food at a fast food restaurant.
