The cakes were absolutely hysterical, but the reader's comments were mighty strange.
People were livid and outraged. Some were nauseated, but obviously kept clicking "next".
Medical humor--you have to be in the field to understand it. Like nurses talking about wounds and blood and other things at lunch. We would still eat fine like talking about the weather.
I didn't see any references to these cakes being made by folks in the medical field.
Judging by how graphic some of the cakes are, I would not be surprised if some of them were made by those in the medical field!
