Usually, how many hours do you wait between meals.

I wait around 7 hours. Since I am on a heavy diet, I also strictly consume 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner), no snacks or drinks in between besides water. I have started having an aversion towards snacking in between nowadays, which is a good thing .

The Truth About 6 Meals a Day for Weight Loss

Spacing meals too far apart causes hunger and blood sugar issues. Several small, nutritious meals a day works better for some people.

Between 5-7. The human body wasn't created to be in a constant state of digestion. Sometimes I might consume a piece of fruit in between -- fruit only takes between 30-40 minutes to digest if you eat it alone.

Every two hours until I sleep-which my body doesn't see food in 8-10 hours.

I'm ultra active and need constant energy

Agreed. I rarely consume crap food. I haven't always been that way, but fortunately I have always been slender even when I did buy a pack of ho-ho's at the local 7-11!

I eat when I am hungry with no specific number of hours between food.
My husband has to eat every 2 hours to keep his blood sugar levels stable.
