With summer just around the corner, I thought it would be interesting to take a close look at the ingredients in the all American hot dog. Here's an interesting source that lists all the ingredients on several popular brand of hot dogs:

The first one listed looks the least offensive to me, although I like Apple Gate hot dogs.

What do you guys think?

It's not a hot dog unless it leaves a red stain on the bun.

Then there's that bit of bone in the hot dog that always gets wedged between your teeth and bothers you until you can get home and use some floss.

I"m pretty sure the Germans invented hot dogs, but I digress.

When I did eat hot dogs, it was the kosher Hebrew National ones all the way.
