Perhaps the spiciest Pad Thai possible from an eatery near me called Pad Thai. It literally made me cry when I ate it due to its spice.

Or perhaps wasabi (from the Costco sushi packages).

It was a thai dish served at a friends house . I had gastro problems for the next 5 days ...it was not fun at all and taught me I don't like Thai food .

I lived next to Hyderabad, and yeah their food is hot. I've had some just about as hot in Madras, too.

I'm a chilli fan, nothing is too hot for me. Whenever I go for outside food I have to ask for extra chilli and hate it when they are not generous with my request. Some restaurants even charge for extra chilli it's ridiculous.
