We used to make our own jerk sauce with Scotch Bonnet peppers. Man, that stuff is hot! But so tasty!

Perhaps the spiciest Pad Thai possible from an eatery near me called Pad Thai. It literally made me cry when I ate it due to its spice.

Or perhaps wasabi (from the Costco sushi packages).

Number 9 Pad Thai, seriously underestimated how Thai folks rate hotness.

It was a thai dish served at a friends house . I had gastro problems for the next 5 days ...it was not fun at all and taught me I don't like Thai food .

Hyderabadi briyani on Charminar Express. Spicy food in 118 F weather made me have terrible dysentery .

Interior Andhra Pradesh is known for its chili production, and has the spiciest foods in India.

I lived next to Hyderabad, and yeah their food is hot. I've had some just about as hot in Madras, too.

I'm a chilli fan, nothing is too hot for me. Whenever I go for outside food I have to ask for extra chilli and hate it when they are not generous with my request. Some restaurants even charge for extra chilli it's ridiculous.
