Other than the ready to eat soups I think I mentioned earlier, I love Stagg silverado beef chili, Niblets corn, lumpy cranberry sauce, corned beef hash.

Corn is one of the few canned vegetables which I choose to eat.
That's a good point. While Jersey is known for it's tasty tomatoes, unfortunately they are only around for a short time. The crap they ship in that's sold in the supermarkets isn't worth spending money on. So, canned comes in handy when you need them.
