First, I get a teacup - it holds more than enough for me. Then, I like to get a few spinach leaves and I, like, shake a few drops of vinegar on them. I'll also get a few slivers of carrot (but only if it's organic). I do hope all those horrid, overweight people notice that I am so over that over-eating thing. I mean, really? Do you really need to eat like that?

Just kidding .

If you're going to be judgmental about how/what people eat- stay the %$#^ out of AYE buffets.

Who are you calling judgmental? Skinny or fat, it IS fascinating to watch people eat at those feeding corrals.

I was starving in Vegas. Thank god my bf found the Carnegie so I could at least have egg whites. 2 weeks of living off carb filled veggie sandwiches would have killed me. The food at the Venetian sucked and trying to find a store that sold "real" food? Almost impossible.

Judgmental? Sorry, maybe I should have used the word "condescending."

My stomach is not big and I can't eat a lot at one time, so eat all you want means nothing for me. It will still balance out to the size of a regular meal unless I can take some home.

It means eat until I lose sight of my rather large feet.

If I go to a buffet, I dont eat anything during the day so I have more room in my stomach to get the "full value"

That's my concept as well. My uncle always said that to make maximum use of a all you can eat buffet, one should observe all the items like a tiger before attacking your prey .
