I love to put grapefruit segments in a bowl (with or without other fresh fruit.) Sprinkle it with cinnamon and pecans (that have been roasted in the oven for a few minutes to really bring out the flavor). A teeny bit of sugar or sweetener if the grapefruit is too sour for you. To me, the cinnamon & pecans make grapefruit SOOOO yummy!

Pig Intestines. aka "Chit'lins."

My mother's side of the family is crazy about them, so I'm subjected to the smell at every major family event. And every year I'm usually horrified, but in the back of my mind I'm thinking that there has to be SOMETHING appealing about the food for everyone to be so enamored with it.

So every few years, I'll try a piece. It reaffirms my hatred for the stuff - no harm no foul.

Flan - never have liked the texture, keep trying different flavors of it and it's nasty
Tapioca - same thing, but even nastier, I can't even smell the stuff now, tried "bubble tea" and almost vomited
Anise - nasty, anything with it is nasty (licorice, absinthe, etc...)
cooked mushrooms - the texture bothers me more and more with each passing year
radishes - I so wish I liked these, but they are so bitter, yuck!
sauerkraut - never have liked this, can't believe a whole country likes this...
iced coffee - I love hot coffee but iced coffee just tastes so wrong to me

Sauerkraut.....that is always something I wished I could like.

Low calorie and good for you.

Cheesecake - never liked it, never will, but I'm always forced to try a bite of someone's version of "the best cheesecake ever."
