All you can eat lobsters remind me of a job i once had at a seafood company where in the mornings i'd saw frozen lobsters in half and put them in boxes 45lbs to the box, then in the afternoon i'd load up about 20 boxes and deliver them to restaurants along the beach,,my trick was to overload 4-6 boxes by one lobster then stop by the house on my route and take out those extra lobsters and the room mates and i had lobsters and beans for supper for many months, looking back on the venture it wasnt very ethical but i was young and stupid....
The lobsters we just had were great and were accompanied with corn on the cob, boiled new potatoes,Greek salad and white wine, i've boiled the remaining carcasses and the resultant broth is going to be the base for tonights seafood chowder..
Thanks for all the suggestions.
Lobsters on sale this week, so the wife wants lobster for supper tonight and while i can cook lobster i have no idea other than garlic butter as to what to serve with it.
Is there anything traditional?.
Thanks
So who likes the "green" stuff? (aka Tomalley aka liver/pancreas) I like it if it is firm and not runny. Supposedly toxins like PCB and for Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning concentrate there though...

How much? We're not in season so it is more pricey than last year, but live lobsters are $5.99/# plus or minus a little bit, here now.
If you don't mind me asking, where exactly is "here"?
