Jack in the Box tacos. Gross, yet compelling. Best in the morning if one has a hangover.

You live in Houston, I am sure you can find it in one of your local asian groceries (although it probably will not be fresh, but imported frozen :-( )

Actually, if you want to start small, there is a place called "Star Snow Ice" over in the Bellaire Chinatown that has a durian smoothy, which is more vanilla ice cream that durian, so it is not quite as strong as pure durian which can be a bit too strong for most people

I am assuming you meant mussels and clams.

I eat boiled crawfish. You know with the heads still on. So yummy, but so icky.

Yeah, I've thought about checking some of the Asian markets.

I don't really do smoothies. They remind me of milk shakes which remind me of milk.

Fried shrimp.
Or shrimp cocktail.

I think seafood (especially the insect garbage eaters of the deep) is disgusting, but that is good.

I really wish I hadn't opened this thread so early in the morning.

I've been in Texas since the early 70's, and I've never seen fresh brains in the grocery stores or on any menu restarunt anywhere in Texas.
Brains are not usually sold without the head. A restaurant usually does not roast their own barbacoa, it is ususally supplied to them from a molino. Molinos[where they sell tortillas and barbacoa] usually have cesos for sale.
