I use celery along with radish to give potato salad a little punch, also it is the best stirring stick for a good bloody mary. Don't use it cooked much except as a filler in stew.

How do you eat celery?
Raw dipped in ranch dressing, catalina dressing, salsa, or filled with cream cheese or peanut butter
Added to a salad, soup, stew.
Raw without dipping or filling it with anything.

I use it for crunch in tuna, potato and chicken salad. I also use it in Bloody Marys for garnish and in soups and stews.

I tend to treat celery as an ingredient instead of an actual meal item. However, I do like it with a sprinkle of salt and some ranch dressing.

I like it raw with salt sprinkled on it or use it to dip into ranch dressing, hummus, or peanut butter. Or...make a quick Waldorf salad: chop up an apple, chop some celery, toss in some walnuts, add mayo, a dab of sugar, and a drop or two of lemon juice. Yummy.

I guess I'm boring but prefer it in a salad. Don't mind it in stir fries for some extra crunch.
