My husband uses it in soups or meals where he fries up onions, mushrooms--dishes like that he'll add celery.

I go to the store, see the celery, and walk on by. That stuff is gross.

Do any of you peel your celery? I really prefer it this way. A quick pass with the potato peeler removes most of those unpleasant strings.

In a tossed salad, with scrambled eggs, in chicken salad, and a host of other ways. It's a very versatile food.
