I go through a bunch of celery every week. If recipe calls for onions and garlic I always automatically add celery. I keep it ready for the girls to take to school in their lunch bag.
I frequently have carrot sticks and celery with dip for our salad. Great for car traveling.
One thing I'm trying to do is delay cutting it until right before it is needed to keep the nutrients and flavor.

My favorite way is to chop it into small pieces and mix it with chicken salad.

As far as cooked celery, I like adding it to chicken soup.

When eating celery raw, I spread some smooth peanut butter over it. Otherwise, it really has no flavor by itself.

I usually use celery in my cooking. I love adding it to soups and stews. I also chop it up and sautee it with onions, mushrooms and green peppers to add to a lot of dishes.

As for eating it raw, I generally just eat it raw with peanut butter.

I'm a fan of plain celery, especially on a wiltingly hot humid day where something cool and crisp is a refreshing treat.

I also like plugging the curl with peanutbutter for a snack.

It's great in chicken and tuna salad.

It's a basic stock item for soup and stew dishes.

It's a perfect veggie to dip into dips, because the curl can hold more of the dip than a cherry tomato can.
