We have a lot of cooling deserts in India. Some which I consume frequently are:

Lemon Juice
Sugarcane juice
Coconut water
Mango lassi
Malai Kulfi
Chilled Rose Milk

Antipasto salad with evoo and vinegar. Chilled in the fridge and the summer is the only time i make it.

Frozen berries in mint iced tea

Fresh squeezed lemon/orange/limeade with shaved ice and a couple marachino cherries

Cucumber slices & celery sticks with a little Season Salt
