I love sweet pickles with bread and butter my favorite of the sweet.

My grandmother used to make an icicle pickle. I've carried on the tradition and those are my favorite.

The cukes are cut into spears and packed into jars with a clove of garlic, a stick of celery and mustard seeds. The brine is white vinegar and sugar.

The taste is sweet/sour and wonderful!
