You all have me drooling...there's not one meal you've created that I wouldn't enjoy...

The oysters were my prime choice this year..but otherwise, I'd go for freshly caught wild Alaskan salmon (from Copper River would be nice), a salad of fresh baby organic greens, with a home-made Bleu cheese dressing, some buttery Yukon Gold roasted potatoes... and for dessert?

Hmmm... maybe a home-made peach pie with home-made real vanilla ice-cream...or a real cherry pie with vanilla ice cream...

Or lemon meringue pie....or a rich flourless chocolate torte...

A nice bottle of...? Oh I don't know, you pick it for me....

Its a tough choice.

Blackforest fresh cream trifle or ice cream
Assortment fruits of cherries, strawberries, blueberries, honey pineapples, rock melon, watermelon.

I've never had this, but I've always wanted it exactly this way:

Appetizer:
Large oysters on the half-shell, dozen, with horseradish/cocktail sauce, lemon, saltine crackers.
Budweiser from the bottle, ice-cold.
Another half-dozen oysters. Probably another beer.

Entree: (At another restaurant)
Prime rib, rare, lightly seasoned.
Baked potato with sour cream and chives.
Steamed broccoli, tomatoes, and mushrooms, lightly seasoned.
A smooth Merlot -- not too dry, not too sweet.

Dessert: (I'm still the the "entree" restaurant)
Coffee, cream and sugar.
Crème brûlée.

Bruschetta

Steak, Fries, Tomato, onion rings side with garlic bread

Warm chocolate sponge pudding/sticky toffee pudding

Sounds amazing to me!

Either a ribeye steak (w/sauteed onions) and garlic mashed potatoes, or a bacon cheeseburger w/chili cheese fries.
