Long ago, I think in the 1980s, there was a company that tried to market "healthy" crackers with some type of insect mill flour. Don't think they sold well but I'm betting something like this could take off now with the right marketing. Insects are very high in omega 3 and quality protein. Sold in a form where they wouldn't actually look like insects might be the way to introduce this health food to the American public. Of course, there's already a certain quality of insect parts allowed in Hershey kisses.

EEEWWW! I'd rather go hungry. Though I know I have probably eaten a few in my food without knowing.
