I just found these the other day and they're interesting. Very light texture compared to the chewier kind I'm used to. Has anyone else tried them?

I have never had potato bagels but I have had potato bread which is quite tasty.

They are awesome. I toast them up and they remind me of a french baguette.

Follow-up) The only negative is a pretty short shelf life. Mine started molding at day 5. I'd freeze them if yo'ure not going to eat them right way; I really like them.

I put them in the fridge. So far one week later all good.

I think I will go make one now. I was just debating what to eat.
