I'm partial to carrot juice, straight up, or mixed with greens.

Cucumbers are divine, either alone or with a piece of ginger.
Beets are FRIGGIN RICH when juiced. Oh my goodness. Mouth of yummy.

Yes carrot adds a nice sweetness to anything. Totally yummy.

I'll drink anything veggie as long as it has some sweetness mixed into it.

Beets and herbs (mint & basil). Also dig spinach and kale if we're talking smoothies.

Pineapples help with any mixture.

Beets, carrots, cucumber, and parsnip. Add in herbs of choice. Delectably deliciously smooth.

Spray cheese in a can. Hey - it's closer to a veggie than it is to cheese.
