Do any of you fellow posters like kippers? I sure do....especially when they are broiled, for breakfast! 
It seems a bit hard to find Scotch kippers anymore.
Oh....the heavenly stink that they fill the house with on a weekend morn'!

I like em - with bread and butter. Fairways sells them if you're in New York.
I also like Finan Haddie. The only place I can seem to get it is a New England company.

I love kippers. They're better grilled but they stink the house out so I just buy the canned ones and boil them.
Served over brown rice with butter, lemon, minced garlic, salt and cracked black pepper. I find they're better digested as a supper dish as opposed to breakfast.
