Because the skins will start to come off in the white sauce and it just wouldn't be quite the same. Of course there is no reason you couldn't do it if you don't care about a few skins in the sauce.

Back on topic please :-)

I saw this video on Facebook. By the time I got the bucket and the drill and set it all up I could have at least half the bag peeled if not the whole darn thing. Not to mention buying the drill extension and brush.
