Maybe if the op got back to us and described what is trying to be accomplished with diluted Tabasco sauce we could offer some alternatives or compromises
.
To me Tabasco tastes good but for heat? its entry level..

For flavor it is the best.

But when I want heat I want something that is hot.

Not for me. Franks, Sirache, and Texas Pete all have better flavor. I cannot stand Tobasco.

My mom used to put Tabasco on my thumb to stop me from sucking my thumb...I always get a hankering for it during foreplay.

If you want flavor try Valentina Salsa Picante, not very hot but very flavorful.
