Here in Eureka CA the price of meat, especially beef, is going thru the roof! Ground beef is going for $5/lb! I've gone exclusively over to pork and am buying a lot of frozen shrimp, which used to be a special treat but at $6/lb are relatively cheap. How are you folks coping with this? Sucking it up or changing your habits??

5/lb is sale price for me here in Texas, but then again, I usually go for the non-CAPO beef. Shop deals, stock up, the price of food will always continue to go up.
