I accidently bought vanilla ice cream. Bananas, vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, blueberries and pineapple - sounds like a banana split is in the mix this weekend.

I like my bananas dipped in tempura and pan-fried! Tempura bananas are delicious with vanilla ice cream!

I like fried bananas but have never had them in tempura - that sounds really yummy. Do you also use a caramel sauce or something to serve over them instead of ice cream?

I freeze bananas, melt some chocolate and then dip them in the chocolate.. it dries onto the bananas and is delicious!

I just top them with little chocolate syrup, but when I serve them without ice cream, I add vanilla sauce or little honey syrup.
