I have a whey shake and sweet potato around 5:30AM because I workout at 6AM. Dinner is usually around 5:30-6PM, but I have a casein shake around 8:30PM before bed.

We finish dinner at about 7 pm. We do not normally snack after that.

I eat breakfast around 7:00am, but I don't always stop eating in the evening at a certain time. One thing I always stick to is this, once I brush my teeth at night, no more food goes into my mouth. The only thing that goes into my mouth after I brush my teeth is Listerine or water, that's it.

Depends, sometimes I eat anything quickly shortly before I go to sleep, otherwise, usually, the last time I eat during a day is at dinner at about 7:00. (I mean we finish dinner at 7:00)

I don't have specific times, I eat when I am hungry and don't eat when I am not hungry and those times are not regimented by a clock.

I think pretty much the standard hours;

breakfast about 7:30 to 8am

lunch noon or a little later

dinner about 6 to 7pm: depending

after dinner we rarely have anything, but once in awhile we have an ice cream bar or I will grab a handful of nuts before we go to bed.

I have to smile when I read someone's comment about a fad diet a few years ago that claimed if you confine your eating to 8 hours a day time frame you would automatically lose weigh. I remember my doctor in VA telling me: it is simply the number of calories you eat, and the number you burn. If you cut your calorie intake by 1/3 to 1/2 doesn't make any difference what time you eat: a calorie is a calorie.
