Hi everyone,

Yesterday I bought cardamom and this will be my first time using it. I love making German/Norse food, but have always avoided making the sweets since it asked for cardamom and I wasn't sure if it'd be expensive. I found it yesterday for $4 and I bought it (I thought, why not? It'll be good for when I move). Since I've never cooked with it before and never had it, would it be good to put a 1/4 of a teaspoon in for a blueberry pie? Would the flavor profile work with that?

Thanks!
