I tried the Veggetti on a cucumber and a carrot. It worked very well for the cucumber and not as well for the carrot, which was a rather thin carrot. It's difficult to get all the little veggie bits out of the blades. Still, it's easy to use and works like it's supposed to.

It made very long strands of cucumber, which my guinea pigs really enjoyed.
