How can I tell if it's real honey or mixture with cane sugar?

Honey is the ONLY food that will never go bad or spoil!

Why honey is the only food that doesn't go bad

The ONLY concern about honey EVER is it should never be fed to children under the age of 1 (but I would say 2 just to be VERY safe) because of the potential for Clostridium botulinum if the infants gastrointestinal tract is not developed enough to deal with the spores.

Honey contains water, pools contain water. Did you know...
  • 19% of drowning deaths involving children occur in public pools in the presence of lifeguards.
  • Swimming pools are much more likely than a motor vehicle to be involved in the death of children four years of age or younger.
Okay, back to the crystallization of honey.

All commercial honey and some "natural" ones are mixed with honey from other countries, mainly China, and they mix it with sugar syrup. Especially now with so many hives dying off. Only very local "organic" honeys that say on the jar that they contain only local honey are possibly pure ..... expect to pay much more for those.
