I went wild with pickling cucumbers this year and now i need a good recipe for these little darlings.

They are WHITE MINI CUCUMBERS and I think I should pick them a little larger than cornichon size.
Small, they are white white with black spines. Larger, they turn into yellow blobs.

Should they be sweet? Garlicky?

Not a fan of dill.

I have loads of red cabbage leaves and lemon and lime basil to use. Some spicy globe basil.

Thoughts? Recipes??

I also have some lemon cukes that should bear fruit in August!
