Instant oatmeal(Apples and Cinnamon) because it is convenient before work in the AM. I've been using Uncle Ben's Brown and Wild Rice as a quick side dish. Remove the top and microwave for 60 seconds. Very tasty.

I love the Betty Crocker pouches - the Creamy Butter variety. The Butter and Herb one is good too.

I do not like instant mashed potatoes.

I do, however, like instant rice. A lot of people complain about it, but I really can't tell the difference.

I think there is a significant texture difference. And rice is a fast prep, anyway.
