Maple sugar....anyone else love it? (homemade, cereal, baked, cuisine)

So a couple years back, I read something about sprinkling maple sugar onto popcorn to make homemade kettle corn...

Anyway - I bought a bag at a specialty store, and man, I'm hooked on this stuff.

I put it on popcorn, add a little to the top of scones and muffins, sprinkle it in hot cereals, on baked acorn squash, etc...
