Big salad - meat, cheese, veggies, hardboiled egg, croutons.

Cottage cheese, grapes and a peanut butter sandwich.

Yoghurt, granola and fruit or oatmeal, blueberries and toast.

And once in a blue moon I throw caution to the wind and just pop myself a big bowl of buttered popcorn.

Trader's Joe's makes my dinner when I don't feel like cooking. Their prepared frozen food is incredible!! Indian, Thai, and Mexican/Southwest dinners are the bomb.

That isn't fair, we don't have Trader Joes and there you are, in the east with one!! Why did they skip our part of the country? We really do enjoy some specialty places and we do eat decently once in awhile. We don't live on squirrel stew and don't marry our cousins.

Now, it I can't ask for help from places like T. Joes we depend on a frozen pizza doctored up or left over soup. Sometimes I will make a huge salad and have Texas toast.

Soup and salad with crackers (always have this in stock)

Frozen fish either cod or tiliapa (they are so good come two in a pkg each one is vacuum sealed, it's so easy first I warm pkg spinach in a pan, take that out put on a warm plate and put the fish in the pan frozen with a little water or chicken broth and drizzle a little olive oil put the lid on for about 10 min and pour over the spinach - it's healthy and quick

Macaroni & Cheese

I work really hard at trying to eat healthy - always make sure I eat plain yogurt in the morning with berries and walnuts - if I skip this in the morning I pretend it's my dessert after dinner !

Breakfast cereal
Scrambled eggs
A giant tub of ice cream, and a spoon

My favorite thing to make when I don't feel like cooking is a phone call

I call the chinese place
I call the pizza place
I call a friend and say 'want to go out?'
