1. Cereal
2. Popcorn
3. Nuke a bag of frozen edamame

Yeah, sometimes I just really don't want to cook.

These are some fast ideas.

I can usually predict the days I do not want to cook (Mondays and Thursdays, you mean Friday is not here yet!) so I usually prepare a lot of food the night before in order to have left overs.

Sunday I cook a whole bag of black beans and prepare my 5-minute artisan bread. That is for dinner on Monday.

Thursdays, my husband cooks.

Oh yeah, NACHOS I forgot that one. Excellent.

AND the angel hair with butter and pepper flakes.

AND the french bread with cheese. (last night I used Marzettis' Ultimate Blue CHeese Dressing again, in fact)

Y'know, we don't often get fresh French bread here, but when we do it's incredibly good with butter and nothing else! But I do love it also with a nice stinky soft cheese like Cambozola.

Usually one of the Stouffers entrees, I've tried them all...
>Grandmas chicken and vegetable rice bake
>Cordon bleu pasta
>Pesto rigatoni
>Lasagna Italiano

Sometimes I'll fix a piece of Texas toast and open a can of peas for a side.
